Short explanation what is TRI-Gasi mean.

TRI-Gasi take from Bidayuh word ‘torigasi’ means giant. ‘torigasi’ character mention in Bidayuh myth & legend specially in bedtime stories. Well, we Bidayuh also have our own bedtimes stories, myth & legend but mostly forgotten by new generation.

TRI (three & tiga in bahasa) symbolize fusion of 3 local music bands with different music genre.

Ketong & Dilos, two crazy brothers yet genius, came from Heartsting Junior Band.
Bob & Tom were from underground band Sunday Reunion..wow..reunion on Sunday, maybe in Church..
Last but not least, their vocalist as well as Sape player, Lawai which came from Lan E Tuyang.

We named our new band project as PROJECT TRI-GASI because it was an experimental project, daring but full of fun with lots of crazy & genius talented crew. Am I right?

TRI-GASI music concept was fusion of traditional music & modern music as well as fusion of traditional music instruments & modern music instruments.
We came up with this idea because we can sense, nowadays, especially young generations lost interest and passion in traditional ethnic music and traditional ethnic music instruments.
TRI-GASI music is a fusion of new music elements with local ethnic traditional music to adapt to our new young generations music genre.

Rock on!!! traaa!!!!!!! traaaaaaaa!!!! traaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!! oooooooooooooooooooooooooooohaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!
